Docomo unveils thinnest Android smartphone, MEDIAS N-04C and pink Xperia Arc in Japan

Docomo bring the world’s thinnest 3G Android smartphone, the MEDIAS N-04C, just 7.7mm and weighs only 105 gm. The N-04C has a 4-inch display, a 800MHz processor, 5MP camera, bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC wallet and comes with Android 2.2, while, upgrade to 2.3 is scheduled around July 2011. The MEDIAS will be available on March 15 in Japan.

Another Smartphone introduced by DOCOMO is Sony Xperia Arc, which is already announced for US & Europe launch, now makes its official debut in Japan. The Arc (SO-01C) is powered with newest Android 2.3 and features a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz speedy Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, sports a 8MP camera on its back with LED flash. The Xperia arc will be available on March 24 in Japan.
Both of the devices will support Docomo’s BeeTV video service, that delivers video content specially for mobile device and it’ll be launched on March 24.
