Samsung brings in bada powered Wave 578 smartphone with NFC

Samsung today announces to expands its Wave family with bada based Wave 578 (GT-S5780) smartphone at MWC 2011. The Wave 578 is another mid-range smartphone with addition of NFC capabilities that allows you to make mobile payments while, shopping and getting mobile coupons etc.
The Wave 578 features a 3.2-inch SUPER AMOLED Plus display, bada OS with TouchWiz UI, 3.2MP camera at back and front VGA, multiple connectivity options including HSDPA up-to 3.6 Mbps, Wi-FI 802.11 b/g/n, bluetooth 3.0, internal memory of 100MB, expandable up-to 16GB via microSD and comes with 1200 mAh battery.
